Alternanthera reineckii ‘mini’ is a smaller variety of Alternanthera reineckii and is characterized by a compact shape and slower growth rate. It has small red-purple leaves. Often trimmed, it can make a cool foreground rug. To maintain an intense red color, it needs strong lighting and CO2 dosing.

Take the plant out of the cup and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Then divide into small (1-2 cm) tufts and plant them out in short distances. As it grows, it will create a homogeneous group of adult plants.
